I now host monthly group EFT Tapping calls based off of what I wish I had when I was losing all hope.

After being turned away from doctor after doctor as being “too complicated’ of a case, I was losing hope and losing steam in the little energy I had left.

These drop-in calls are inspired by healing myself when no one else could.

By filling up my reservoir with mind-body tools, I found subtle ways to actually befriend past traumas, rewire faulty thought patterns, and learned to embody safety in a body too “sick” to feel like home.

My goal? To transfer what I’ve learned along the way right to your neural inbox so that you can get back to living life in the ways you desire, regardless of your symptoms or traumas.

These calls honor the growing understanding of how trauma stores in the body and shapes our systemic functioning and overall picture of health and eventually, chronic disease states.  

Stress literally rewires our brain pathways, shifting our thought patterns, heightening our nervous system’s reactivity, and therefore profoundly augmenting our gut function & immune response.

These subtle and dramatic rearrangements prove to be an interconnected and ongoing conversation that requires intentional awareness to shift back to what feels safe.

Thank goodness we have the power to bring the system back to a place of balance. Healing doesn’t have to be this never-ending journey of despair and managing. It can be lighter, smoother, a little more lovely and soft. 

Brain Rewiring?

With intentional and deliberate practice, we can actually train the brain to soften its guard and drop it warrior-like armor. By softening and expanding where we place our awareness, we can send new impulses of repair and replenishment, which then triggers rippling signals of health throughout the body.

  By understanding how our inner voices, feelings, behaviors, addictions, and even our symptoms are practiced and learned reactions to the stressors we have faced, we can thank them and gently unravel each contraction so that they lose their tight grip.

As a group, we will learn to deliberately choose new ways of being when faced with triggers + symptoms, gently rewiring so that we can release patterns that are DEFINITELY not serving us.

The goal of these calls is to empower you to make the changes needed to live a life that isn’t defined by your body's current interpretation of danger and stress, but instead, built from your ideal perception + experience of health that is unique to you.

 We will work together-- as a group and community--to first understand the roots of your reactions and symptoms and then learn how to gracefully overcome their power over you.

I always return to the philosophy of how precious this short life is and the memories of wishing I had some direction when I was entrenched in hopelessness and chronic dis-ease.
